Winning Hearts and Minds- through offering assistance and long term solutions
The mission of Operation Give is to bring hope and solutions to the deprived and disconnected people of the world, in many cases where the U.S. military operates. We will provide assistance to the U.S. Military men and women in winning the hearts and minds of the people in these regions where the military is serving, in order to ease their suffering, and prepare them for a brighter future.
Chief Wiggles and the Soldiers of the 141st are training Boy Scout leaders and trying to supply needed equipment. They also want to have Soldiers and US Boy Scout Troops to partner with the Iraqi Boy Scout Troops to mentor them.
They are looking for uniforms, merit badges, and the sash to put the merit badges on, flashlights, compasses, knives, rope, merit badge books, camping gear, sleeping bags, all that kind of stuff.
Mainly they are looking for any type of scouting equipment, for scout camp, and merit badges.
Also, backpacks, camping lanterns, tin foil, whistles, binoculars, camping chairs, maps, games, tents, blankets, camping food, etc.
